If elected as the Vice President, I will address workloads, build capacity of the association, and work to end the violence our members face. I want to create a supportive environment where every member can excel and feel valued. Together, we can advocate for resources and strategies that enhance professional development and work-life balance. I see a future where every members' voice is heard; a diverse collaboration where all are valued and their contributions are recognized. I will work for you to end violence in schools, return workloads to reasonable levels and increase the capacity of our association.
